Ornament FAQs
The 2023 Baylor Traditions Ornaments are available through the first week of December or until inventory runs out.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Ornament@Baylor.edu, subject line: Order Confirmation Order #.
Please be sure to check to Junk, Clutter and Spam folders. If you do not receive a gift confirmation email, please contact us at Ornament@Baylor.edu to ensure your purchase was processed.
Orders can be expected to ship within 2 weeks of purchase date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so please be sure to check to Junk, Clutter and Spam folders. If you do not receive this email within 2 weeks of your purchase, please contact us at Ornament@Baylor.edu, including your Order #.
