How long will the 2024 Baylor Traditions Ornaments be available?

The 2024 Baylor Traditions Ornaments are available through Tuesday, December 3, or until inventory runs out.

What’s the status of my order? How do I know if my gift was correctly processed?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Ornament@Baylor.edu, subject line: Order Confirmation Order #.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

Please be sure to check to Junk, Clutter and Spam folders. If you do not receive a gift confirmation email, please contact us at Ornament@Baylor.edu to ensure your purchase was processed.

When can I expect to receive my ornament? When will it ship?

Shipping will begin the week of October 20. Orders placed after November 1 are expected to ship within two weeks of the purchase date. Once your order ships, you will be notified by email, so please be sure to check your Junk, Clutter, and Spam folders. If you do not receive this email within two weeks of your purchase, please contact us at Ornament@Baylor.edu, including your Order #.

I emailed ornament @ baylor.edu and still haven’t heard back, what’s going on?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Baylor Traditions Christmas Ornament inbox. We will respond to your message as quickly as possible during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If your email found us over the weekend our response time may be slightly delayed as the inbox is unmonitored on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, please be sure to check to Junk, Clutter and Spam folders to make sure that our response to you didn’t land there.

My order was delivered damaged or incomplete, what should I do to have this corrected?

Where are the proceeds from the 2024 Ornament program going?

The proceeds from the 2024 Ornament are going to programs supporting Baylor's continuing work to develop leaders and servants who impact our world.
