Ornament FAQs
The 2024 Baylor Traditions Ornaments are available through Tuesday, December 3, or until inventory runs out.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Ornament@Baylor.edu, subject line: Order Confirmation Order #.
Please be sure to check to Junk, Clutter and Spam folders. If you do not receive a gift confirmation email, please contact us at Ornament@Baylor.edu to ensure your purchase was processed.
Shipping will begin the week of October 20. Orders placed after November 1 are expected to ship within two weeks of the purchase date. Once your order ships, you will be notified by email, so please be sure to check your Junk, Clutter, and Spam folders. If you do not receive this email within two weeks of your purchase, please contact us at Ornament@Baylor.edu, including your Order #.
